At its 26th session, held on 23 March 2020, the Government enacted several Decrees with force of law on:
– application of the Bankruptcy law during a state of emergency;
– amendment to the Law of Obligations;
– application of the General Administrative Procedure Law during a state of emergency;
– application of the Law on primary education during a state of emergency;
– application of the Law on secondary education during a state of emergency;
– application of the Law on higher education during a state of emergency;
– application of the Law on healthcare protection during a state of emergency;
– amendment and supplement to the Decree with force of law on application of the Law on the protection of the population from infectious diseases during a state of emergency;
At this session, the Government, despite the new amendments and supplements to the Decision on the prohibition and special regime of movement within the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, enacted a Decision on abolishing the import duty – the customs duty rate for certain goods – medical supplies and a Decision on amending and supplementing the Decision on determining the highest prices of certain products in the wholesale and retail trade. The Information on completed inspections on the implementation of the measures to prevent the introduction and spread of coronavirus COVID-19 made on 22 and 23 March 2020, was also enacted.
