According to the latest published information, the Ministry of Justice will announce serious law proposals by the end of the week which will be of great benefit to the citizens.
We are discussing three law solutions – some of which project amendments in the Law on Enforcement but also in the creation of special laws for interest solution and the debt reprogramming.
The Law on Enforcement regulates the enforcement agents’ acting as well as the enforcement agents’ Tariff reviewing. By reviewing eleven items of the enforcement agents’ Tariff, with the new amendments, the same are now free of charge, i.e. the enforcement agents do not have the right to charge them.
